After consulting a complete array of stakeholders, OEI developed a master plan for Oliver Municipal Airport in BC's South Okanagan. The comprehensive plan has a 10-year horizon to the airport's land use and infrastructure plans.
In 2022, OEI facilitated a unique strategic planning process with the Port Alberni Port Authority that involved all members of the Board and senior management. The development of the modified Strategic Plan will guide the Port Authority for years to come.
Muskoka Airport contracted with Tetra Tech and OEI to develop a Master Plan, an economic impact analysis, and subsequent planning support. To date, OEI has delivered an economic impact study and financial analysis of proposed projects.
