Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu Airport (YJN) has selected OEI to develop a Strategic Plan. OEI will provide a vision and development framework for the municipal airport in a community 40 kilometres south of Montreal.

In 2022, OEI facilitated a unique strategic planning process with the Port Alberni Port Authority that involved all members of the Board and senior management. The development of the modified Strategic Plan will guide the Port Authority for years to come.
